MappedTrails.com provides free .gpx files to popular trails. It's free to register, and download any of the available trails.  GPX files are an open source format that can be downloaded to your gps device and used as maps to follow current trails in the area.  For more information about GPX go to http://www.topografix.com/. We provide topo and google maps where possible as well.  All we ask is that you be safe, and have fun on the trails.
