I have been using this pack for a while now and love it!  So far the Osprey Talon 22 has made it on at least 20 of my four hour bike rides.  It is comfortable to wear, providing great weight support from the hip straps, where most hydration packs don't.  Most of the weight sits on my hips, and not my shoulders, while still allowing me to pedal comfortably.  In addition, on long rides, some of the other packs out there start to cause pain, since they don't lay flat on my back.  Their idea is that the hard pads they put on the underside allow airflow.  Well, they do that, however, they cause so much pain that no amount of air will cure the problem.  This pack sports a nice backpanel, with plenty of airflow.  It also has a huge amount of storage for long rides.  In addition there are a lot of places to hang that GPS while riding.  I highly recommend this pack for your longer trips.  Happy Riding!
